Kristen Miller – President & CEO
Kristen leads the Chamber team with a focus on the Chamber’s economic development initiatives and public policy. Kristen grew up in Florida and moved to Goleta from upstate New York in 2002. She is passionate about her kids, new experiences and Survivor. She lives in Goleta with her two children, Olivia and Kavanaugh.
Kristen’s favorite local event (besides the Lemon Festival, of course!): Fiesta Ranchera and the Dam Dinner


Cortney Hebert – Vice President
Cortney manages all Chamber communications and events. She grew up in Northern California and moved to the area to attend UCSB. She is passionate about planning events, beach days, 49ers football and Warriors basketball. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband, Joel.
Cortney’s Favorite local event: Music at the Ranch


Michele Schneider – Director of Business Development
Michele is responsible for bringing new members and sponsors to the Chamber. She is a Santa Barbara native and attended San Marcos High School. She is passionate about being a mom, giving back to the community and enjoying our great quality of life. She has a 2-year-old son, Hunter, also known as the Lemon Prince.
Michele’s favorite local event: Fiesta and the Lemon Festival


Paulina Tran – Visitor Services Manager
Paulina is in charge of visitor services and the Chamber’s GoGoleta initiative. Paulina grew up in Orange County and moved to the area to attend UCSB. She is passionate about travel, trying new things, and Game of Thrones. She lives in Santa Barbara with her boyfriend, Giles.
Paulina’s favorite local event: The Lemon Festival and World of Pinot Noir!
